About the project
The aim of the project is to enable teachers to understand the potential of virtual reality in innovative education, to get them excited about adopting this technology and to enable them to gain personal experience of using it directly in the classroom.
- A “mobile VR classroom” was created, with which we conducted workshops for groups of educators in the region of Eastern Slovakia during the duration of the project directly at their home schools.
- We have also supported the adoption of this new technology by developing materials and procedures to assist educators in implementing virtual reality in their schools. Within the project, Infolists (focused on practical issues of working with VR in the classroom) and methodologies for implementing experiential learning activities using VR were created.
- We would like to continue these outreach activities and workshops after the end of the project.
