Affected persons

The Provider operates a website that uses cookie technology. Therefore, all visitors to the site are considered data subjects, even if they have not directly provided any data. Other groups of data subjects are visitors who have filled in a form on the website for a specific purpose and have also given their consent to the processing of the data provided by the form.

A separate group consists of the company’s customers, where additional information is also required for legal reasons when concluding a contract.

Scope of the data processed and processing account

Personal data is processed solely for the legitimate interests of the company and the fulfilment of legal obligations in accordance with the GDPR

For all data subjects we process: person identifier, IP address, cookies.
For email newsletter subscribers: person identifier, name, email address.
For customers: first name, last name, data from ID and other documents submitted, address, email, phone number and other relevant data related to the contract.

We provide detailed information to data subjects about the use of cookies, with the possibility of granting or withdrawing consent for individual types of cookies online on the site. We use IP address anonymisation within Google Analytics cookies.

Retention period of personal data

The retention period of personal data varies depending on the purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data. In general, the Company retains personal data for the following periods:
– if the personal data is processed for compliance with a legal obligation – for the period required by the applicable law
– where personal data are processed on the basis of consent – for the period for which consent is given or until the consent is withdrawn

The persons concerned have the right to:

  • for information about the processing of your personal data;
  • access personal data held about you;
  • request the rectification of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
  • request the erasure of personal data when it is no longer needed or if the processing is unlawful;
  • object to the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or on grounds relating to your particular situation;
  • request restriction of the processing of your personal data in specific cases;
  • receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and send it to another controller (“data portability”);
  • request that decisions based on automated processing which concern or significantly affect you and which are based on your personal data are carried out by natural persons and not by computers. You also have the right to express your views and object to the decision in this case.
